15.05.2025 ci il tarixində leksika və ölkəşünaslıq kafedrasının müəllimi Səadət Əlizadə “Danışıq bacarıqlarının inkişafı üçün praktik texnikalar” mövzusunda seminar keçirmişdir. O seminar təqdimatında bir çox tələbələrə köməkçi olacaq texnikalardan bəhs etmişdir.

Tələbələrin qramatika və söz bazasının olmasına baxmayaraq, ünsiyyət qura bilməməsinin səbəblərini aşkar etmişdir. Seminarın növbəti hissləridə, dərs zamanı auditoriyada istifaə edilə biləcək, maraqll və interaktiv metodlardan bəhs etmişdir. Bunlara daxil edilmişdir: rollu oyunların təkşili, qrup işləri, hekayə danışmaq, təqlid etmək və s.

Həmçinin müəllim öyrətmədə müəllim rolunun necə mühüm olduğunu qeyd etmişdir.  Müəllimin əsas rolunun dərs təqdim etmək dərsi maksimum anlaşılan halda tədqim etmək və eyni zamanda, tələbələrin qorxmadan danışması üçün rahat mühit yaradılmasının əhəmiyyətini vurğulamışdır.

Developing speaking skills is essential in the process of learning a foreign language, particularly English, which serves as a global means of communication. To achieve this effectively, both teachers and learners must adopt practical, purposeful, and engaging strategies that promote active use of the language. Speaking is not merely about producing grammatically correct sentences, but about expressing ideas clearly, responding appropriately in conversations, and interacting with confidence and fluency.Techniques such as role-plays, simulations, and information gap tasks allow learners to engage in meaningful communication and experience real-life language use within the classroom setting. Storytelling, picture descriptions, and personal narratives provide opportunities for creativity and the use of descriptive and expressive language. Structured debates and discussions not only improve fluency but also enhance critical thinking, argumentative skills, and the ability to articulate opinions clearly. Moreover, the use of technology offers innovative ways to practice and evaluate speaking. Tools like video recordings, speech recognition apps, and language exchange platforms provide authentic and personalized practice, allowing learners to improve at their own pace. These diverse techniques cater to different learning styles and promote both fluency and accuracy, which are crucial for communicative competence. Ultimately, creating a supportive learning environment where students feel safe to speak, make mistakes, and learn from them is key. With consistent practice, constructive feedback, and varied speaking tasks, learners can build the confidence and skills needed to communicate effectively in English across a range of contexts.
